Increase Transport started with a simple frustration: shippers deserved better communication, and carriers deserved better treatment. Our founders spent years in logistics — on the dock, in the cab, and in the dispatch office — before launching a brokerage that does it differently.
Headquartered in Houston, one of the country's busiest freight hubs, we leverage deep market knowledge and a nationwide carrier network to keep freight moving — from full truckload and dedicated lanes to the dry and liquid bulk, including hazmat, that many brokers won't touch. Whether it's a single truckload across Texas or a multi-state dedicated lane, our team treats every shipment like it's our own.

Meet the founder
From the cab to the brokerage — a career built in bulk liquids
Rodrick Jones founded Increase Transport Logistics LLC to bring a higher standard to freight brokerage — one shaped by a career spent on every rung of the bulk liquid ladder. A Mansfield, Louisiana native, Rodrick has specialized in bulk liquid hazmat transportation since 2014, learning the compliance, equipment, and safety demands of moving regulated liquids from the ground up.
His path through the industry is hands-on, not theoretical: starting out as a driver, then a lease operator and owner-operator, before growing into a small fleet owner. That progression gave him a firsthand understanding of what carriers face on the road — and what shippers need from a broker who actually knows the freight.
Before launching Increase Transport, Rodrick operated as a third-party terminal operator, running tankers from his own terminal in Houston and serving 48 states. He did business under a company headquartered in Port Allen, Louisiana — managing the equipment, the drivers, and the dispatch that kept regulated liquid freight moving nationwide.
Now leading from Houston, Rodrick and the Increase Transport team pair that deep bulk expertise with a nationwide network of vetted carriers. Whether it's a hazmat tank move across the Gulf Coast or a dedicated dry-bulk lane nationwide, the standard stays the same: Driven Purpose.
